The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Runoff water from mines can cause terrible pollution of water bodies which private sector can ignore for reducing expenses, so safety and training must be done by government carefully.

by Private companies but it should be carefully monitored. They need to show new employment every year. 50K per year per trainee tax exemption can be given to corporate for every new employment of freshers only. Make sure that people enrolled for this are also enrolled in employment exchanges.

Ours is Agriculture based country, and naturally such cattle be declared as our national animals, and protect their welfare in the interest of our nation. Such cattle left on roads or public places, be confiscated and be distributed to poor farmers for their subsistence through agriculture in Govt. lands. Endangered species of animals if any, shall be protected through suitable measures, need not necessarily be conferred as National animals - the subject needs due examination by Govt. / experts.

Caste based reservations should go. In order to uplift the society only economic and talent should be a criteria. As it is we have enough of doctors / engineers who were not talented enough.
