I am strongly opines that it shall be done by government , and shall be closely supervised and certified by appointed authority. there are many excellence is available with government. Government shall get experienced technocrats on board not by qualification but dedication to deliver skill , knowledge gained in their tenure with very little re-enumeration. Attraction of re-enumeration will kill the quality, re-enumeration shall be on result achieved by students, if at all to be given.

As these are specific requirements sector only Private sector should engage in it. It might require lots of investments and there might not be returns. Then if Govt., is involved it will naturally give subsidy and that will kill the spirit. Student will not engage fully in training for it is given free to him. Ultimately nobody seems to be bothered. Govt should desist from doing business.

Skill deelopment excercise in mining sector should be undertaken by Govt and never by the private as there will be more corruption and illegal activities. People will not be able to get the correct things as those agencies will never bother or care who and what thinks about them. They will not have any fear in their mind as they will not have any control by their higher authority. But govt sectors are working systematically and everybody has a fear of their higher authority even ministers also.

Surveying and construction works can be taught easily for skilled labourers. Working with different materials and equipment also need training. Drilling and rock Blasting can also be given training for the poor masses and amply equipped with necessary safety arrangements. How to work on a crusher is yet another skill that needs training. Apart from such skilled labor jobs there are other verticles too. Like maintaining financial records, hiring workers, HR people, handling transportation section

EPF CONTRIBUTION has been increased from 6500 to 15,000 but the LIFE COVER has been increased by only 20%, we request that the LIFE COVER also be increased proportionately as the LIFE RISK has increased very much, it is for the safety of the family - the coverage also must be increased. It will encourage people to participate and contribute will full confidence and happiness.

While the training could be provided by both Government/public authorities and the private sector, what is imperative that the Government has a key voice in the assessment and certification process irrespective of the nature of the training provider.
