CSR Rules should be amended. Co.'s should now be allowed to develop residential property as its Social Responsibility. They should get 50% Rebate of various taxes paid to Local Bodies/State Governments/Authorized Person. Once the property is developed, the person who is allocated this property he/she should register his/her Aadhar and PAN details with Co. & Centralized Authority in case to avoid double allocation of property and not be allowed to sell off for next 10yrs. Start with Dharavi,Mumbai

THE GOVERNMENT IS AIMING TO PROVIDE HOUSE FOR ALL THE PEOPLE. THIS IS THE GOOD IDEA. BUT WE SHOULD PROVIDE HOUSES FOR THE PERSON WHO ARE REALLY POOR. BECAUSE IF THE GOVERNMENT TELLS TO PROVIDE HOUSE SOME PEOPLE WILL FORGOT THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO INCOME. MANY OF THE PEOPLE ARE WAITING FOR THE INCENTIVES FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND SITTING THE HOME ORDERING OTHER

Land for housing - Seek religious bodies to share the land parcels for housing for the poor. For poor who by inheritance own a small parcel of land but do not own a pucca house can be asked to provide their own land for construction. State governments to provide large parcels of land to the centre for "Housing for all" project. Middle and upper middle class Individuals can contribute towards "Housing for all" project fund which will give them tax exemptions.

The flat business is very cunning and there are close nexus between builders and GovernmentGovernment officials. Make strict Rule and ensure implementation. Make it transparent through website. Government should only see strict compliance of rules. By next 5 years urban residential demand will be solved.

State govt should provide Land. Industry to give special pricing on inputs for construction as a CSR initiative, Slums to be cleared in urban areas and built up area shared amongst slumdwellers, Finance to be sourced through Housing bonds, Urban poor or Rural Poor to contribute minimum of around Rs.1000 per month for this project for X years as a contribution for their own house after which the ownership documents is handed over. No option for the allotees to pass on the house to others for rent

1. Stop skyscrapers. None have yet thought of what if those buildings become old. Its completely cheating customers. In one building count of family is more than a village. Its not value for money. 2. Stop government housing schemes in cities for slums. People who stay without permissions should not be given any kind of attention. Population in villages to work in farm is decreasing. One will go back to there native for work if they wont any free attention in cities.

1. To solve housing problem, develop legal regulatory & format templates for mass rental housing including for the land, for different income levels & different classes of metros cities towns etc. These can be built / run by pvt/ public / ppp entities. 2. In metros allow v. high FSI w no height restrictions so as to minimise building footprint & maximise space for roads pavements open/green spaces & services. 3. Institute Awards for observance of aesthetics by State Gov. Municipalities.

The hug between PM Modi and Mufti M gives me uncanny feeling of year 1998, similarity of PM A Bajpayee and Nawaz Sharif on the Wagha Border after arrival in the Pakistan. The body language seems to tell very different story from Mufti M. such unholy alliances purely depend on time frame basis while mutual understanding just becomes formalities. As past experience with Kashmiris.
