As per my believe, Goverment should first focus on the middle class peoples who wants to buy/build their own house and need a loan/income tax relief on house loans.More tax relief should be given on house loans. Secondly, Govt should strictly monitor that the money offered for poor people's reaches the to the real poor's and not to the people's who pretends to be poor. Bank account and local panchayet/municipality would be the best medium to identify the actual poor's.

I believe that the Urban Housing policy should be made in kept taking common peoples in mind. First of all we have to make a consistence and transparent policies in housing areas. As I have seen that some lands which are allowed to few peoples such as poor peoples or any army official, so much of land send to few middleman and there is alot of corruption in this area. If we would have a digital map of ground level and can have a transparency in property sector. This will be so helpful.

In my view government alone cannot complete this task government should involve the private builders which are we working their areas or government allocate the area in which they want to provide the affordable houses or flats for the poor people they settle the prices purchase from them and the builder who agrees comes under this scheme then Central Government provide the facilities under builder can built the without conversion of land but develop with norms government.

To provide good living condition for all depend on presence of medical shops, schools, colleges, polytechnics, hospitals. But facility's are coming in urban areas. So to diversify,a law demands that if already 2 or 3 schools within 3km then new school should seek permission from consumer court, or local people request or complaint about existing school lack of facility is required, for colleges, polytechnics should be 10 km,for hospital 3 km.By population density distance limit is increase or decreased
