The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i. How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii. What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii. In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv. What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v. What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat, Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi. What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii. What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

bus stop/depo,auto stand,hospital, jaise pramuk jagahe pe khol diye gaye hai jisse gaon k logo ko kafi pareshani ka samana uthana padta hai,kayi jagahe pe complaint karne k baad main bhi koi sunwai nahi hoti aur kayi jagah pe toh complaint karne pe dhamaki milti hai..collector or police bhi sirf khana purti karte hai..abhkari vibhag main complaint karne pe officer yeh khete hai ki isse toh state ko paise aate hai jo aap k kaam aayege aap kya dhikat hai phir...

namaskar aaj kaal gaon main ek nayi samayasa hai jis per agar jald koi action nahi liya toh aane wali pidhi sharab k nashe main barbaad ho jayege...main baat kar raha hu rajasthan (district jhunjhunu) ki jaha pe kuch saal phele tak sharab k theke ko gaon k bahar kholne ka licence diya jata tha par abhi haal k dino main niyam change karke sharab k theke ko gaon k under kholne k liye licence de diye jate hai...ab is naye niyam k baad se sharab k theke gaon k bazaro main school,collage,mandir...

नमस्कार,आज गावों मे एक बड़ी समस्या-"कृषिमजदूरों की कमी कृषि कार्य के लिये"का सामना किसान बंधुओ को करना पड़ रहा है|इसके लिए शासन स्तर पर कृषि कार्यो मे लगे मजदूरो के लिए कल्याणकारी योजनाओ जेसे-स्वास्थ्यबीमा,भविष्यनिधि,पुत्र-पुत्रियों की शिक्षा के लिये एवं आवास निर्माण आदि योजनाओ का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन एवं योजनाओ के लाभ लेने मे सरलता व योजनाओ का प्रचार आवश्यक है|

मेकाले की सिक्षा नीति बंद होनी चईये गरीब और अमीर सभी को एक ही सुविधा मिले आज गरीब का बचकचा डॉक्टर नहीं बन सकता पर अगर अमीर का बेटा या बेटी मंद बुद्धधी भी हे तो वो डॉक्टर और इंजिनियर बन सकता हे .सबसे बड़ी कमी हे की सिक्षा अपनी मात्र भाषा मे होनो चाहिये नहीं तो देश आयेज नहीं बढ़ेगा क्योंकि उधार की भाषा से चिंतन नहीं हो सकता हे उससे केवल नकल ही हो सकती हे जापान और चीन जैसी सिक्षा नीति को अध्धयन करो

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी नमस्कार आज मे फिर किसान की एक समस्या लिख रहा हूँ हम किसानो के फसल का पैसा हमे टाइम पर नहीं मिलता हे पर जो कर्ज़ हमने बॅंक से लिया हे वो तो देना होता हे टाइम पर और ब्याज़ तो देना ही हे पर हमारे पैसे पर ना तो सरकार ना मिल मालिक कोई ब्याज़ नहीं ऐसा क्यों ऐसे तो किसान मर जायेगा और मर ही रहा हे मे किसान का बेटा हू मेरे माता पिता मुझे खेती नहीं करना चाहते और मे भी अपने बेटे को नहीं .गेहूँ की फसल आ रही हे आपके पास सुनेहरा मौका हे कुछ अच्छा सा ऐलान कर दो सरकार खरीद्ले

1. Citizen Charter is required to each village with the responsibility of the Talati, Sarpanch. 2. Future projects should be identified and displayed by the Panchayat Body. 3.The Annual Expense of Finan. Year should be displayed on the Board with Painted Wall with description of Work. 4. Details of subsidy system announced by the government should be displayed outside the Panchayat. People don't know anything and profited to big farmers directly.

The Village Administration Officer are not doing their work properly, government should set a target to each officer of reaching people and make then to use of schemes. If the officers failed to reach the target, he or she should submit the reason of failing the target and region people elected 'president' have to verify. No government staffs going out, they simply inside the office.
