The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i. How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii. What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii. In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv. What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v. What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat, Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi. What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii. What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

->STARRY ANIMAL ( Awara pasu) are very big threat for the crops of small farmers. ->small farmers dont have enough money for fence wiring etc. ->or if any farmer have fence wiring, fence wiring also continue damaging by these starry animals there is no use of fence wiring. ->so small farmers committing suicide day by day.

if the govt can set up solar cold storages in interior of village where vegitables are produced and a this can be done with crowd funding with villagers, then the farmer will be able to use the cold storage to keep his vegetables longer and will be able to get a better price, instead of being forced to sell the vegetables that he has harvested that day. he will also be able to command a better price when he has bulk quantity of vegetables.it is onetime investment and will not incur running cost

Farmers and supporters ====================== Why can't we have a project where any one can support agriculture online. 1. Add farmers to project 2. Add supporters 3. Supporters can select any farm and sponsor money for utilizing IN farm 4. Supporter get tax reduction(limited amount). 5. Profit shared among farmer and supporter. 6. All farms including crop should be covered under insurance. 7. Panchayat will monitor each village and Central govt will monitor and share it with all.

Panchayat me ane bali sabhi prakalpa ko ek notice board me notice karna chahiye aur un notice ko pachayat ke elake me announcment korna hoga taki sabhi ko pata lag sake ki konsi prakalpa kab aa rahi hai aur kab tak start hoga.

Agricultural loan is issued by govt.banks to the farmer those who are having a Minimum 5 acres of land.Below 5 Acres are not Eligible to get any Agri loan.The minimum 5 acres Condition should be removed.By this Lakhs of Small Farmers will be benifited.

We all have same dream that we want to see our nation "Our BHARAT" as a leading nation, Prosperous Nation. But this is also a bitter truth this not gonna happen until we not stop the misuse of our Govt. funds. There are lots of "YOJNA's" like "MANREGA" . "Manrega" is only source of income to village pardhan, uppardhan , Local MLA. There is no supervision over , where these people spent money, most of the work is only done on papers. Either stop this scheme or build monitoring commitee over it.

police working procedure in haryana is very poor through this media i request hble cm haryana to think on it pl reveiw the police cm window is becoming useless as per hry govt records live example 167 FIR dated 01 Apr 2014 i meet 3 SP 3 SHO cm window application and other strugle made by me police sould be responsible otherwise some penaties to be impressed on them for non action .

mostly schemes for welfare of social like anganwadi, NRHM, Food& supply and others are not usefull reason all are being misused by the employers specially in haryana pl think on govt hard money which is being used by culprits those are being operated these things since last 20 yrs
