The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

न्यायपालिका बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण है इसी के कारण बड़े बड़े लोग आम से खास तक डरते हैं लेकिन इसमें सुधार की आवश्यकता है कभी कभी समय बितने के बाद पता चलता है कि निर्दोष सजा काट लिया और गुनाहगार मौज करता रहा पैसे वाले महंगे वकिल रखकर बाहर निकल जाते हैं लेकिन गरीब और आम अंदर ही रहते हैं जबकि कानुन सभी के लिए सामान है और होना भी चाहिए दोषी बचे नहीं निर्दोष फंसे नहीं इस दिशा में प्रयास हो कम समय में जांच हो जल्द सुनवाई हो तारीख पर तारीख न हो बेवजह परेशानी न हो इस दिशा में प्रयास करने की जरूरत है

अंग्रेजों के कानूनी आधारित कानून तथा कोर्ट के सिस्टम में आमुलचुल परीवर्तन करने का माद्दा होना चाहिए, टुकड़ों में नहीं। जापानियों की तरह। तभी कोई हल निकलेगा। अन्यथा सब ब्यर्थ है ।

SIR, make rules for Gujarat, any government can't allow liquor / sarab for open mkt. for next 100 years. other wise Gujarati sanskriti down any more is not writing here for more details please call I can't type it

As a Proud Indian i feel this step taken by the apex court is totally game changer in the view of judement . Now people will be more interactive and proactive towards the Judiciary .welecome step

न्यायालय पालिका बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है... इसके माध्यम से गरीब से गरीब को न्याय मिलता है मगर पेंडिंग केस व कमजोर कानून व्यवस्था की वजह से न्याय समय पर नहीं मिल पाता है.. वर्षों बाद कोई निर्णय आता है तब तक काफी देर हो चुकी होती हैं.. वक्त बित जाने के बाद मिलने वाला न्याय किसी काम का नही होता है.. इसलिए इसमें सुधार होना चाहिए.. इसके लिए हर जिले की दो उपखंड मुख्यालयों जिसकी आबादी 50 हजार से ज्यादा हो फास ट्रेक कोर्ट पर सरकार विचार करे..या फिर सप्ताह में एक दिन फास ट्रेक कोर्ट उपखंड क्षेत्र में सुनवाई कर

माननीय मोदी जी आज मैं आपको एक सुझाव देना चाहता हूं मनरेगा योजना जो कांग्रेस सरकार द्वारा 2006 में शुरू की गई थी लेकिन अब इस योजना में एक तो इतना बड़ा घोटाला हो रहा है एक आगे जाकर इस योजना में तलाई खुदाई का कोई मतलब नही है क्यों कि खुदाई से पहले जुरूर पानी एकत्रित होता था अब इन तालाब को एकदम समतल कर दे तो घास व पेड़ पौधे उगेंगे जिसे पशुधन चरंगे व पर्यावरण शुद्ध होगा एक इस योजना को बंद करके राजस्थान जैसे स्टेट में नहर लाई जाये तो सबको पीने का पानी मिलेगा तो अच्छी खेती होगी इसे किसान खुशहाल होगा
