About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

ji why not Indian government convey our leading industrialists to manufacturing and market smartphone laptop and other electronic devices, cause everyday Indian people usage of smart phone other electronic devices increased we are all to do this so kindly concentration to my suggestion and idea all are foreign companies playing with our indian consumer marketing huge no of indian money going other countries so take further action at your end D. sivasankaran 9841628007

it's a great initiative by the government to help the citizens of our country and I extend my sincere gratitude for it. I suggest that the solved grievances should be highlighted separately so that it will be easier for those who have similar complaints.

Please control the price of Onion immediately. We poor people very furious about this situation. Govt should take strong decision. No more note bandi and no more GST in India. Enhance immediately EPF Pension minimum Rs 5000.00 per month. Create employment opportunity and build the Factory and Industry. We are running very sort of money in our hands and every hike give us horrible pains and strains. We are not lived in America or Russia or Britain.
