A webinar on “Transforming the Health Sector: Union Budget 2021 – Strategies for Implementation” is being organized by the Department of Health & Family Welfare along with the Department of Health Research (DHR), M/o AYUSH and Department of Pharmaceuticals on 23rd February 2021 from 10.30 AM – 1.00PM. The webinar will enable sharing of the key highlights of the budget in respect of the health sector and broad strategies for implementation which build on and leverage reforms, enacted over the past few years. Invited experts will reflect on the challenges and opportunities for strengthening policy reform and implementation and provide suggestions on effective partnerships for positive outcomes. Experts are drawn from academia, research institutions, public health experts, Industry, State health officials, Directors of AIIMS, PGI, JIPMER, NIMHANS, other Central Government Institutions and representatives from FICCI, CII, ASOCHAM, PHD Chamber of Commerce, Healthcare Federation of India.

The key announcements in the Union Budget related to Health Sector are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

1. Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine to be rolled across the country
2. ₹35000 crore for Covid-19 Vaccine in 2021-22
3. Supplementary Nutrition Programme and Poshan Abhiyan to be merged and launched as Mission Poshan 2.0
4. Outlay ₹64180 crore over 6 years
5. Support for Health and Wellness centres
6. Setting up of Integrated Public Health Labs
7. Establishing critical care hospital blocks
8. Strengthening NCDC
9. Expanding integrated health information portal
10. National Commission for Allied Healthcare Professionals Bill
11. The National Nursing and Midwifery Commission

no smoking in public places law should be strengthened.every health and police department should get targets.by collecting fine the department revenue also increase.in residential area the seller of tobacco products should get license from the authorised area administrator.to get the permission to sell tobbaco like cigarettes they should submit no objection certificate from the beside Shop building owners.

Combination of public private investment in infrastructure for health and medical facilities and structural reforms in health insurance and paying capacities for health and well-being on regular basis will help.

Sir please.impliment strict rules again on travelling,due to increase of Carona cases in our country. If any one want to travel by Buses,Trains, Flight,etc,implement new rules,to produce Travel Fitness Certificate from concerned civil Hospital or from proper authorities showing that,travelling person is not suffering from Carona desease and fit to travel,then only issue travelling tickets to them on production of their ID proofs etc. Prevention is better than cure in my opinion.

The private sector is generally assumed to be more efficient and quality- conscious. Highly qualified and better-trained physicians and para-medical staff possessing good technical skills are supposed to be the main strengths of private sector hospitals. The technical quality of care depends on the competence of the personnel involved and adherence to clinical protocols and standard treatment guidelines. While the accredited hospitals ensure both, in the case of non-accredited private hospitals.

Government Hospital me Doctors hi time se nahi aate unke khud ke alag se clinic hai . Doctor patient ka treatment bhi sahi tarike nahi karte. Per unki clinic jaao to sahi tarike se treat ment karte hai aur unki fees bhi 200 rupees rahti hai. Ye sab kab theek hoga.

तहसिल स्तरीय स‌रकारी अस्पताल की बिल्डीग या कॆम्पस मॆ पब्लिक‍‍ प्राइवॆट पार्टनरशिप मॆ ( विशॆषकर नए चिकित्सक कॆ साथ) शिशु हॊस्पिटल, प्र्सुती हॊस्पिटल शुरु किए जाए. जिसमॆ सरकार द्वारा तय की गयी फीस दर पर ईलाज किया जाए. इससॆ सरकार ग्रामीण व कस्बॆ स्तर पर बाल व स्त्री चिकित्सक विशॆषग्न् की कमी कॊ दूर कर सकती हॆ ऒर जनता, विशॆषकर मध्यम वर्ग कॊ कम फीस पर स्तरीय चिकित्सा का लाभ मिल सकता हॆ.

the hearing impaired person will have less intelligent because he had not heard the subject clearly, only after hearing he can understand, analyse, remember & reproduce. same way visual impairments common in old age. less reading makes less use of brain again Alzheimer's disease in old-age & poor memory, imagination power & brain development in young age. free checkup and treatment for anganwadi to 3rd standard as brain development(birth to 6years), age>40 cerebral angiogram, TMT test treatment
