हमे कक्षा १ से सभी शिक्षा संस्थानो में दैनंदिन रूप से अनिवार्य करना होगा. इससे ही योग हर व्यक्ती के जीवन का अंग बनेगा . इसके लिए इस विषय का अंतर्भाव महत्वपूर्ण है.

Yoga is the identity of India . But still we don't do yoga as a requirement . Foreign countries have been promoting yoga and mental health by learning from our country ,so why don't we follow it . This is because of lack of knowledge and compulsory education of this ART .

According to me , Yoga should be made a compulsory subject in schools in order to focus on the physical , mental and spiritual health of a child . A student has a lot of pressure on their minds so reducing it by relaxation and positivity would keep them healthy . Not only schools and colleges should make yoga compulsory but also take on regular medical checkups for students and teachers .

prenatal yoga should be implemented in all health institutions as a compulsory exercise for the well being of pregnant ladies.movies should be made in this regard to make pregnant ladies aware about this exercise in the coming future

Some movies on Yoga must be prepared & it should be shown, displayed, showcased, telecast periodically in schools, educational institutions,all govt offices & it should also be broadcast on YOGA Channel every time.
Yoga on FM Channels should also be explored.
Yoga Teachers in every hospital be ensured so that each patient can be referred to try yoga along with medication.
Doctors should also be asked to refer the patients to take recourse of yoga for early recovery.
