Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed a webinar on the effective implementation of budget provisions in the Agriculture Sector.

The key announcements in the Union Budget related to Agriculture Sector are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:
•Agriculture Infrastructure Fund would be made available to APMCs for augmenting their infrastructure facilities.
•Keeping in view the transparency and competitiveness that e-NAM has brought into the agricultural market, 1,000 more mandis will be integrated with e-NAM.
•Enhancement of Agri-Credit target to ₹ 16.5 lakh cr. in FY’2022 with focus on increased credit flows to animal husbandry, dairy and fisheries.
•Micro Irrigation Fund, with a corpus of ₹5,000 cr. created under NABARD, is proposed to be doubled by augmenting it by another ₹5,000 cr.
•Warehousing assets of CPSEs such as Central Warehousing Corporation and NAFED will be rolled out under the Asset Monetization Programme.
•Development of Multi-State Cooperatives & all support by Government to them. To further streamline the ‘Ease of Doing Business’ for Cooperatives, setting up a separate Administrative Structure for them.
•PLI schemes with an outlay of Rs. 10,900 Cr. to create manufacturing global champions for the Food Processing sector to become an integral part of global supply chains, possess core competence & cutting-edge technology, promote the value and enhance exports.
•To boost value addition in agriculture and allied products and their exports, the scope of ‘Operation Green Scheme’ that is presently applicable to tomatoes, onions, and potatoes, will be enlarged to include 22 perishable products.
•5 major fishing harbours – Kochi, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Paradip & Petuaghat as hubs of economic activity. Inland fishing harbours & fish-landing centres along banks of rivers, waterways.
•To boost Seaweed Cultivation & Value chain resulting in increased incomes for Coastal Communities especially women to establish multipurpose Seaweed Park in Tamil Nadu.

Because everyone eats food, and because in the modern world foodstuffs are distributed across huge areas, any issue relating to agriculture ultimately affects a large and scattered range of consumers. The complexity of agricultural land use and food production systems also means that many different organisations have commercial or regulatory interests in farming and its possible health effects. All these need to be considered as potential participants in the assessment.

मान्यनीय महोदय जी जिस तरह से किसानों के हितों की रक्षा करते हुए पॉलिसी का निर्माण एवं बजट का प्रावधान किया गया है। इसे देखकर यह महसूस होता है कि आने वाले कुछ समय मे भारतवर्ष अवश्य ही 5 ट्रिलियन इकोनॉमी को क्रॉस कर जाएगी। भारत सरकार के पालिसी मेकर और भारत सरकार को बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद जो कि उन्होंने इतने गम्भीर विषय को आमजनता के बीच समूह चर्चा के लिए उपस्थित किया। चूंकि विरोधी दलों द्वारा अफवाहें फैलाकर भारतवर्ष के आम नागरिकों के मनों मस्तिष्क में भ्रम की स्तिथि पैदा कर देते है। इस समूह चर्चा से रोक

फिशिंग इकोनॉमी के अंतर्गत आंतरिक फिशिंग व्यापार की उन्नति और वृद्धि के लिए कोच्चि, चेन्नई, पारादीप, विशाखापत्तनम पेरूघाट को इकोनॉमी हब के रूप विकसित करने से मछुआरों समुदाय को बहुत बड़ी राहत मिल पाएगी। इन क्षेत्रों में फिशिंग डेवलपमेंट इंडस्ट्रियल लगाई जाएगी जिससे जल्द खराब होने वाले फिशिंग बिजनेस के घाटा में कमी आएगी। ये इंडस्ट्रीज फिशिंग प्रोसेसिंग करके फिशिंग एक्सपोर्ट को बढ़ावा देंगे। जो कि मछुआरों समुदाय को बहुत ही बढ़िया जीवन दिलाएगी

ऑपरेशन ग्रीन स्कीम के अंतर्गत पोटैटो, ओनियन और टोमाटो समेत 22 ऐसे खाद्य पदार्थो की निर्यात की मंजूरी दी गयी है। जिससे किसान भरपूर मात्रा में पैदावार करके इन ग्रीन हेल्थी आयटमों को निर्यात कर सकेंगे। जिससे उनकी आर्थिक स्तिथी तो सुधरेगी साथ ही अन्य कृषक गण भी इस योजना से प्रेरित होंगे । जिससे देश मे ग्रीन आयटमों के उत्पादन में वृद्धि होगी। भारत सरकार का बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद एवम पॉलिसी मेकर को भी बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद।

फ़ूड प्रोसेसिंग सेक्टरों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ग्लोबल सप्लाई मार्केट निर्माण हेतु और फ़ूड प्रोसेसिंग सेक्टर में टेक्नोलॉजी विनिर्माण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए भारत सरकार द्वारा 10,500 करोड़ के बजट फंड की व्यवस्था बनाई गई है। जिससे फ़ूड प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट से जुड़े किसानों को इसका भरपूर लाभ मिलेगा। व्यापार करने के नवीन अवसर सृजित होंगे। ग्लोबल बिजनेस सेक्टर में वृद्धि होने से देश की अर्थव्यवस्था भी सुदृढ़ होगी।

FCI Procurement history ? Y did it buy only from Punj/Haryana ? The guilty should be hanged ! Not one farmer protested in other states, mafia raj at best ? even the maximum state /central subsidy freebies to all them ! all paid by Honest Hindu Gujju/marwari biz clan ? is this equality defined under indian guran tughlaq collegium ! gandy marji gandy rule ! Time to change it ! FCI must buy a % from One district one product & all states favored crops be it bajra/makkai/mungfali/jo/jawar

The more modernised the agriculture sector will be the better the lives of our farmers will be... Farmers should be informed about various schemes extensively and the advantages and disadvantages of particular crop or use of fertilizers... Our farmers should be introduced with new and better crops options rather then just growing the usual wheat and rice.

इजी ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस के मूलमंत्र का पालन करते हुए भारत सरकार ने किसानों को अपने उत्पाद को कहीं भी भेजने की स्वतंत्रता प्रदान करने हेतु मल्टी स्टेस्ट कॉपरेटिव और सेल्फ एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन जैसे व्यवस्था लागू की है। जिससे किसानों को बहुत ज्यादा फायदा होगा और उनके फसलों का उचित मूल्य भी प्राप्त हो सकेगा।

असेट मोनोटाइजेशन प्रोग्राम के अंतर्गत सेंट्रल वेयर हाउस और नाफेड की सहायता से और भी वेयरहाउस का निर्माण करने से ज्यादा कृषि उत्पादों की खरीदी सम्भव हो सकेगी। क्योंकि निश्चित मात्रा में वेयरहाउस हाउस होने से किसानों के फसलों को निश्चित मात्रा में ही अब तक खरीदी जा सकती थी। अब चूंकि वेयरहाउस की संख्या बढ़ने किसानों की फसलों की खरीदी में भी वृद्धि दर्ज होगी।
