Tribal women from rural area are working very hard without proper nutrition. Health of all hardworking citizen should be taken care by their employer. However there could be a possibility of poor people being mislead or harassed.
It would be advisable to have Government agencies administer these Biz initiatives
1. All workers are provided enough lunch and milk/tea
2. Women can take their kids on job
3. Schools can be integrated so kids can learn while their moms are working
4. Counseling sessions in case of husband drinking or beating wife
5. Medical benefits for workers.
Cooperative of Tribal projects joined with School, Medical units, Bank/Finance can work well.

Health Services to Remote Populations,
Moreover developing small scale industries would allocate labour work and would eradicate unemployment.

I am from Shillong Meghalaya. The Khasi Tribes, Garos and Jaintia people are very creative people. They make Bamboo crafts and these crafts don't find place in National Market. The government should promote these items.

Implementation is key to the success of any policy which requires team work with every members efforts in the same direction. Indian Army is the best known for team work. In my view, retired army persons should be given the responsibility to implement any policy regarding development of tribal & rural areas. This will result in speedy development of tribal & rural areas which is the need of the hour for our country. This will help not only towards speedy development but also generate employment opportunity for our armed forces .

Our country is full of multi talented people. Tribals are not an exception. They have so much religious, spiritual, sports, art wise, agricultural and technical blends. But I think there is paucity of proper education and training and resources. Education is the key for development. People of the tribal areas, if provided special training of their respective fields along with marketing and sales support, they can be an integral part of improvement of Indian economy.

Tribals have the most native Indian traditions. And they SHOULD BE THE HEART of INDIA.
They have some incredible skills. Which need to be recognised..Trained and Linked to the Technology & marketing legends in the country.
These marketing & Tech gurus should spare some time as part of their CSR initiatives and train these tribals.
Push them & their products to the international platform. And Bring their products, the desired international recognition.
P.S: THE TRUE OLD TRIBAL TRADITIONS SHOULD NOT BE LOST in this process.
Modernization (Money) should not kill CULTURE & TRADITION.
