Tribals should be educated and made aware of the bright future . They should be rewarded for conservation of their traditions at the same time they should be brought to the main stream of country’s governance.

Sir,
The Agniveer scheme launched by Defence Minister is best suited for the Tribals. The MOTA must have Motivation cum Training Centres for Tribals desirous to become Agniveers.
In addition the Tribals will be asset to the Defence in Sports Domain too .
Kindly deliberate.

अधिकांश आदिवासी समाज देश के गांवो में निर्वासित है। जो अनावश्यक रुप से घरेलु छोटी खेती से संलग्न रहकर न तो अपना, न ही देश की आर्थिक विकास को योगदान दे पाते है।
गांव के सबसे बडे राजकीय विद्यालय में संसाधन बडाकर उन्हें स्थानीय प्रचलित, संभावित रोजगारों का कौशल सिखाया जाना, पूरे समाज की बेहतरी के लिए एक मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। साथ ही इन केन्द्रो पर दैनिक जीवन से संबंधित अन्य आवश्यक कौशल भी सिखाए जा सकते है। जैसे बैंकिंग, बुनियादी साक्षरता एवं गणितीय योग्यता, तकनिकी कौशल आदि।
