केंद्र सरकार और राज्य सरकारों द्वारा कौशल विकास बढ़ाने के लिये स्किल इंडिया मिशन चलाया जा रहा है।सरकार का उद्देश्य युवाओ को बेहतर तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण उपलब्ध करा कर उनको जीविकोपार्जन के लिये रास्ता उपलब्ध कराना है।लेकिन स्किल इंडिया मिशन का जमीनी कार्यान्वयन कराना।यह प्रशासनतन्त्र कीजिम्मेदारी है।प्रशिक्षण की निगरानी और उच्चाधिकारियों द्वारा इनका निरीक्षण किया जाए।जिससे युवाओ को तकनीकी दक्ष बनाने में मदद मिले।जो आत्मनिर्भर भारत के लिये जरूरी है।

Honest answer Not 1 attempt in >75 years to teach this in schools formally. Y can't cleaners, gardeners, farmers, dairy , fisherman, cooks, soldiers, electricians, plumbers, barbers , havaldars, bankers, masons,painter,tailor, sportsman, mantra chanting, dance, music, entertainment, story telling films making, shooting news be taught & love for all people , skills & professions. art in school regularly. Let children know & develop taste .Have village level amateur clubs . Scale it up . Technology almost free. every village has talent . This would make a citizen strong , face the authoritative crowd eye to eye .No more ridicule. Sharp observation skills + discipline enuf 4 mastery
0/100 toppers , moonchuds of tughlaq collegium tell us in 75 years what have u done to catch them young? now that there r programs India got talent - it is creating misery everywhere & hindu $ splurged on kaamchori, ayyashi 3T 4w #hum5hamare50 & the 1st profession , prostitution , drugs, terrorism , public property destruction ,protest considered the best & rewarded by indian guran - can u change that ? what learning from other countries
Cambodia, a poor country students learn all life skill & develop hobbies in school. be it movie-direction, choreography, acting, photography, music, & u have astronomy, space ,cars, planes,. sports & 4 ordinary, u have cooking clubs, cleaning, gardening, farming ,dairy all Do it yourself skills taught & enuf mastery to live a self dependent life
In every city /village schools xperts current & retired folks teaching, their skills.. How many MP LAD schemes here ? Y can't every village showcase their best on TV scaled up& ugly corrected silently
Less Theory More clarity on concepts, Working in field or by doing, practicing tracking improvement techniques with Innovation. Provide exposure and reward for creativity

The union Government's initiative, Skill India 2.0 envisaged the following programs, namely,
1. Industry Connect -to provide demand-driven and industry-relevant skill
2. Digital Skill- Desh-Stack eportal to promote digital Ecosystem
3. Drone Skill and Kishan Skill for crop assurances, digitalisation of land records and spraying insecticides.
The above programs are concrete steps to promote digitalisation.
स्किल इंडिया तभी संभव है जब हमारी शिक्षा नीतियों में नहीं बल्कि वास्तविकता में "लर्निंग बाई डूइंग" की अवधारणा का स्वागत करे। छात्रों को अपने सीखने और अपने ज्ञान को वास्तविक दुनिया में लागू करने से जोड़ना चाहिए। हर स्कूल का मुख्य फोकस थ्योरी के बजाय प्रैक्टिकल नॉलेज देना हो।
हमारी वर्तमान शिक्षा प्रणाली का मुख्य जोर अंक या अच्छे ग्रेड लाने पर है। मूल्यांकन महत्वपूर्ण है लेकिन जीवन इससे परे है। फलदायी शिक्षा तभी मिलती है जब अंकों की कोई बाधा न हो और समाज पर नकारात्मक टिप्पणियों को पारित करने या ग्रेड के आधार पर किसी की क्षमताओं का न्याय करने का दबाव न हो। यह सोच बदलनी चाहिए क्योंकि हर कोई अद्वितीय है। यह निश्चित रूप से हमारी शिक्षा में क्रांति पैदा करेगा जो लंबे समय में सकारात्मक परिणाम भी देगा।
Skill India is only possible when our Education welcome the concept of "Learning by doing" not in policies but in reality as well. Students should connect their learning and applying their knowledge in real world. The main focus of every school is to give Practical knowledge rather than theoretical one.
Our current Education System main emphasis is to fetch marks or good grades. Evaluation is important but life is beyond that. Fruitful learning is only there if no barir of marks and no pressure of society to pass negative comments or judge someone capabilities on the basis of grades. This thought should be change because everyone is unique. It will definitely create revolution in our Education that also generate positive results in a long run.
महोदय हमारी जो शिक्षा व्यवस्था है उसमें जो भी पाठ्यक्रम है निम्न स्तर की कक्षाओं से उनमें प्रैक्टिकल वर्क फील्ड कार्य को प्रोत्साहन देना चाहिए जितना प्रैक्टिकल कार्य निम्न स्तर से बच्चों को करवाने की आदत डाली जाएगी उतना ही बड़े होने तक उनके दिमाग का विकास होगा और वे नए-नए क्रियाकलापों को करने में सक्षम होंगे तो शुरुआत हमें अपने पाठ्यक्रम से ही करनी होगी इसके लिए प्रचार-प्रसार अभी से प्रारंभ करना होगा ताकि लोगों के मन में यह बात घर कर जाए कि पाठ्यक्रम में क्रियाकलापों पर आधारित क्वेश्चन पाठ जब आएंगे तो उनके बच्चों का विकास होगाछ
