Narcotics is plaguing the current educational environment hence the implementation of built in NFC chips in college and school identity cards and employing Narcotic Detection Dogs (Sniffer Dogs) with a NFC tag reader on their collar, this could greatly reduce the chances of students coming into educational institutions under influence and since the dogs are trained to have a keen sense of smell, they could detect the students under influence and their id cards could be duly be registered on the server.
thorough debugging would further ensure to close all the loopholes that students are bound to invent with their creative minds.

2-Hybrid mode of teaching (online + offline)where emphasis is on practical science more than theoretical.
3-Teaching patent process to higher secondary education and subsidising it for bright ideas.

5-Start Crowd funding schemes for SVZ.
Skill development has been considered one of the critical aspect for job creation in India. India has unique demographic advantage with more than 60% of the population is in young age group. But in order to get dividend from such large work force, employability has to be improved.
Since India is developing at a faster rate, many opportunities for entrepreneurship are going under construction. Thus, skilled labor is an essential factor which is going to remain in demand for many coming years.
This system must provide linkages between each of its constituents and provide a seamless integration between skill development and employment.
To achieve this India needs a flexible education system with multi-faceted and highly efficient skill development system.
