so say - no to plastic
do at least own arewise or house
no Plastic zone
plastic is a Stick or hurdle for nature
या फीर लोगो ने सचमे seriously use करना बंद किया तो factory बंद करने जरूरत ही नही automatically shift in another work or replacement
no Plastic zone
arewise in group gathering..
Microplastics have even been found in the air we breathe; when inhaled, they can lodge in the lungs or enter the bloodstream. In short, microplastics are ubiquitous, frequently difficult to detect and mitigate, and research has found the particles in human blood, heart, liver, and lung tissue, placenta, and breast milk. However, little is known about their long-term impact on human health.

"Microplastics are any plastic particles that are less than 5 millimeters in size
Common sources of plastic pollution include food wrappers, plastic bottles, plastic bottle caps, plastic bags, plastic straws, cigarette butts, tire-wear particles, and synthetic clothing.
One of the most common ways people are exposed to plastics is in the kitchen:
Black plastic spatulas and other utensils may contain harmful chemicals picked up when recycled from electronic waste.
Plastic cutting boards shed tiny fragments of varying shapes and sizes that can be ingested.
Plastic containers can leach chemicals when heated in the microwave.
Time to throw away the plastics in your kitchen:
Plastic containers and utensils are staples in many kitchens
According to laws in India, no manufacturer or vendor can use a plastic bag which is below 50 microns as thinner bags pose a major threat to the environment due to its non-disposability.
Plastic is banned in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Karwar, Tirumala, Vasco, Rajasthan, Kerala, Punjab and Madhya Pradesh. However, the usage of plastic bags is still high as the ban is not implemented on all plastic bags.
Cut down period waste
Switch to pads that are bio-degradable. Cotton pads help in cutting plastic pollution and are quite cheaper in comparison to the non-biodegradable pads.
Brands like Sakhi, Saathi and Suvidha sell organic pads in India
Stop throwing polybags in rivers in the name of god
There are many people who throw flowers, money, food, coconuts wrapped in plastic polybags in rivers like Yamuna and Ganga after performing various poojas. This is one of the major reasons that river Yamuna has become polluted so drastically over the few decades.
