Public use of water bodies is important for building ownership and inculcating conservation. Today, the average person looks at water bodies as a place to dump garbage, as he/she never gets into it. We need folks to value the water body for recreation and Govt should support this as our culture. Kayaks, sailing dingy, fishing, and all water sports equipment should be made available at reasonable rates and not the 50% duty that makes them unaffordable to most Indians.

Sir, You had performed Puja at Assighat and thew the garlands & flowers in dustbin not in Ganga. It is the duty of everyone who're performing puja should clean that place. Other thing which is challenge to keep our city clean is PAN-MASALA it should be banned. You have taken very good initiative to make toilets. The public toilets are very much dirty & there is no provision for water to flushing out so after 2-3 months public toilets can't be usable.

Yes. The initiatives should be structured in a manner which will fundamentally change the way waterways exit. There should be tier system which will improve the quality of water and improve the potential for tourism. This should be complemented by a star rating systems; one for the cleanliness and one for tourism and connectivity. There should be a standard minimum list of things to be done and data points monitored for each of the tier listings.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, गंगा ही नहीं बल्कि सभी पवित्र नदियों को बचाने की आवश्यकता हैं गंगा नदी को मोक्षदायनी कहते हैं और उसी का नाश करने पर तुले हुए हैं,पृथ्वी पर मनुष्य का अस्तित्व नदियों मैं बहने वाले जल से हैं बावजूद इसके हम इसे दूषित और गंदगी फेेलाने मैं कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ते जनता धरने पर बैठ जाती है आंदोलन करती है और फिर उसी नदियों को गन्दा करते है सभी लोग बोलते हैं हम गंगा और अन्य नदियों को गन्दा नहीं करते तो कौन गन्दा कर रहा है किसी को पता नही सरकार के साथ लोगो को जागरूक होने की आवश्यकता है

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मेरा सुझाब गंगा माँ को साफ़ करने के लिये है यदि गंगा मे गिरने बाले गंदे पानी के लिये गंगा नदी के अंदर ही सिबरेज की बडे बडे पाइप डाल कर उस गंदे पानी को कही ओर फेंक दीया जाये तो गंगा कम खर्चे मे साफ़ हो जाएगी ओर बाद मे गंगा मे गंदा पानी फेंकना कानूनी जुर्म माना जाये फिर भी गंगा मे गंदा पानी फेंकना अति आबश्यक हो जाता है तो सरकार से आदेश लेना होगा ऐसि दशा मे उसी पाइप से कनकशन दे सकते है बहुत से राय हे मेरे पास पर फोन पर लिखना मुश्किल हो रहा है

Dear Sir, I have understood from thames river, london. that they have used big tunnels for city water along with companies's chemical water. but tunnels do not dropped in to river. it directly goes to sea. we may also use tunnels on both side of ganga river. and in every 5 to 6 kilometer of tunnel, we may install small water treatment plant, and the purified water also can be used for other work in cities or village.
