Stop Caste based Reservation and give opportunities to general category students otherwise all of the brilliant minds will emigrate to other countries. Reservation System has paralyzed the "ignite their minds" philosophy.

Please implement the suggestion of eminent scientist UL Rao of awarding the Bharat Ratna to deserving scientists. While he mentioned Vikram Sarabhai and Homi Bhabha, I would add MS Swaminathan, SN Bose, MN Saha, Salim Ali, RA Mashelkar and the likes. This will lead to more awareness about these personalities and encourage more Indian kids to take up scientific careers.

Respected Sir, It is foremost to understand the problem , that lies with pvt. institutes not taking daunting task of research as, the capital required is high. So , direct industry linkages with institutes, so that initial capital requirement and in later time platform for co-development/production of such , can be done.

To touch that landmark I request my government to increase to reservation quota and put every caste under the reservation so that everyone gets equal chance to contribute in development of this country and the intelligentsia does not have to go in foreign countries to show their talents. I am just requesting my government to give us our fundamental right of Right To Equality.

Research & Innovation is possible only if our Education System is improved. Current syllabus is more on theory based, if our students spend more time in practicals will get more ideas, implementation will happen. I have been to Austin University, the students spend more time in labs than classroom. Even the labs are open 24x7 for students research, testing etc.

In this Materialistic world Indian students have a motto "Get Passed In Exam & Get A Job". They even don't care which field they are getting a job. With this kind of thinking Lots of Brilliant minds Are Wasted every year. The Government should Encourage them to use their learning to use in their particular sector to BUILD something NEW or IMPROVISING the OLD.
