Socially useful research activity should be promoted so that it may contribute to better living standards. Research should not be just a formality of publication of documents, results of research must be displayed on the websites of the institutions so that they can be used by needy persons and agencies.Innovative ways should be devised and latest technology should be used in institutions to prepare the youth for future challenges.Continuous training and availability of resources is required.

The Science managers should be able to identify a routine research from a research that has an impact on basic sciences or has a direct benefit to common man. Perhaps irrespective of where the findings are published whether the citations of the findings have exceeded #150 or so and whether the work is done in India. Do the researcher developed any methodology to pursue his own research and whether the method is popular and used by a large section of researchers in his own area.

Reservation Policy. India is a country where children gets privileged for their ancestor's timidness in standing against odds. That's why better minds are migrating to U.S.A, where there is no casteism or Caste-politics, where only merit prevails. And then our PM visit to these people in USA asking for investments in India. अन्‍तर वि‍षयक शोध को बढावा देने के लि‍ए वि‍श्‍विवि‍द्यालयों में ही नहीं बल्‍की महावि‍द्यालयों में भी शोध सुवि‍धाओं को बढावा देने की आवश्‍यकता है। इस हेतु प्रचार प्रसार एवं शोधरत वि‍द्यार्थि‍यों को दि‍ये जाने वाले स्‍टाईपेन्‍ड को बढाना चाहि‍ए।

Government can facilitate the setting up of university for Phd in nuclear physics, nanotechnology, biotechnology, robotics, railways & defence in collaboration with foreign university specially US, Australia, Europe & Japan. we also need to promote research & established company line Toshiba & Lockheed for miniature nuclear fission reactor's for our energy needs, mass transportation requirements & various defence applications for land, air & sea.

allow top colleges r&d lab on rent basis similar to cyber cafe for people to use for their ideas lab trials.as many people having ideas don't have any access to labs. this can promote more low cost mass innovations for masses & can be a good business model
