I would like to also suggest AICTE & Govt. of india to give all colleges 2-3 yrs time for Establishment of solar panel for alternative energy sources on the top of their building. so that they can set up the example of fully solar power based institution like Kochi airport. Implementing such rules can save thousands mega watt of electricity. tabhi to "Digital Banega India".

We can provide few mobile numbers on every i-ticket/e_ticket and that numbers must be available with the escort team, TTE or train superintendent to help & serve the passengers wherever and whenever there is an emergency and need. To stop misuses we can impose fines as the provisions are there for the chain pullers those who are not serious.

Digital stalking is a heinous crime which should have imprisonment of up to 3 years. Stalkers should be treated like a heinous criminals with no windows and 24x7 camera surveillance. Technology makes it is easy for stalkers to get away with no public appearance.

basic lab facilities and access to standardized labs should be the major area of concern. allow them to perform experiments and monitor them with guidance so that students can learn and not just know what they are doing. Research and innovation should be encouraged from the initial stages of lab work and more grants be given to universities and colleges having these subjects so that they can invest in better lab technologies.

World is at that stage that without knowledge no value of anybody.For knowledge use of internet is must for students. Thus there should be a special unlimited internet plan may be mobile or broadband for students who can not afford High rates of unlimited plan. I think students are learning more from internet.Indian student can be compitative to world when there is broader mindset.That comes from internet use.

Greater mobility and exchange programmes can develop aptitude for research and innovation. Research agenda should be prioritized. Private agencies canbe encouraged to invest funds in research activities by allowing them a say in deciding research agenda. All the strategies included in the question will help for promoting research and innovation. Setting up innovation universities should be considered
