If your are taking the following steps then you can decrease the children death 1. You need to maintain register that contains names of pregnancy women 2. After delivery also we need to maintain the records of Children health details. 3. If any children is dead then cause of death must be updated & analyse the death reasons possible. 4. We centralized system to monitor for this.

1 of the main problems is air. when pregnants inhale bad air their baby inside gets effected and may cause abotion. so we must prevent air pollution. the main things which are causing these are vehicals, crackers, garbage burning, smoking, etc. if we dont think about this i fell that the hole country will be filled with smoke. we must make a cumpulsary dissision that all briks, nad other burning factories must use air filters. or they can condecce air which become liquid and fal in the factory

Please don't play with its life, because you cannot predicate its future. Remember it "Your birth is not your control But Your future is always your control"

The major problem is the lack of accountability of doctors in our country. Nowadays doctors treat patients on TRIAL AND ERROR basis resulting to increase in fatality rate. If there is a mechanism which helps family members to know the exact reason for death, the doctors would definitely be more cautious in treating a child #deathsinChildren, #DepartmentofHealthResearch #IndianCouncilofMedicalResearch, #ICMR, #PreventingDeathsinChildren #OpenForum, #MyGov
