To prevent deaths in children it has to be seen where the child is getting born!Even today a large percentage of people prefer home delivery. More stress has to be given for institution based delivery system in India.Efforts should be made that more children are born in a safe environment.Other area to be focused is nutrition of the child. This can be achieved by combining different sectors of our society like food security bill combined with social welfare schemes to make sure child makes to 5.

If among infants , the major cause is 'Unhygienic conditions '. Especially in rural areas. Well we can expect some schemes that can provide atleast an yearly checkup of kids on lower prices till the age of 14. Rural Areas need doctors visiting such places and doing the checkup. It's the least we can expect.

Expanded neonatal and intrapartum care, case management of diarrhoea and pneumonia, and addition of new vaccines to immunisation programmes could substantially reduce child deaths in India. India needs firm infrastructure to train people in large numbers as well as to provide health education to each individual family in the country.

Cont... 11.. Now emergency doctors says go to OPD because emergency will start at 02 pm. 12. one hospital will do the job of three hospitals. 13. No need to make additional 2 hospitals per hospital. As same space rooms etc are vacant after 02 pm 14. So patients, ill persons will get due and proper attention thrice a day. 15. Antibiotics full 5 days course should be issued immediately so that bacteria etc will not be drug resistance.
