Firstly eat homemade food. Healthy eating means eating a variety of food that give you the nutrients. You need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. We must encourage good eating habits so that our future generation will be healthy and fit. Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for an organism.

A day with healthy routine: Wake up between 5:00am to 7:00am Drink 2 glasses of hot water Go for morning walk for a min of 30 mins in park. It gives immense energy in itself. If someone can’t go for walk due to some reason, just can sit in morning viewing greenery outside. Eat breakfast by 9am. You can start your work. Then lunch break from 12 noon to 2pm, any one hour. Continue your activities. Can exercise around 6pm when stomach is empty. Dinner between 6pm to 7pm or 8pm max
