We should eat healthy food including fruits and vegetables and drink lots and lot of water.We should eat fruits rich in vitamin C.We should eat everything including meat,poultry,fish,eggs etc.We should eat less spicy food.

फिर से उल्लेख करने के लिए। खाने के लिए 30 कैंसर की रोकथाम खाद्य पदार्थ - * 9 फल: सेब, ब्लूबेरी, क्रैनबेरी, नारंगी, आड़ू, लाल अंगूर, अंगूर - फल, स्ट्रॉबेरी, नींबू। * 15 सब्जियां: टमाटर, लहसुन, प्याज, जिनसेंग, अदरक, फूलगोभी, गाजर, ब्रोकोली, गोभी, मीठे आलू, स्ट्रिंग बीन्स, पालक, मिर्च, कद्दू, शि-टेक मशरूम। * 3 नट और बीज: फ्लैक्ससीड्स, अखरोट, बादाम। * 3 तेल, पेय और मिठास: कम संसाधित / जैविक खाना पकाने का तेल, हरी चाय, शहद।
