POSHAN MAHA PROGRAMME :- IT GIVES THE AWARENESS ABOUT THE NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF VEGETABLES, GRAINS, FRUITS AND VARIOUS FOOD ITEMS. CHIDREN KNOW ABOUT THE VALUE OF BALANCED DIET TO KEEP HEALTHY. NUTRITIONAL DEIT IS VERY ESSENTIAL FOR EVERYONE .

#POSHAN MAAH 2020 is an excellent Nutrition Practice. Promoting Healthy and Ready to Eat Foods • Nuts like Peanuts,Walnuts,etc • Sprouts of various pulses with seasoning of Chopped Onions,tomato sauce,etc • Sweet Corn as per the above seasoning,with COW BUTTER MILK • Sweet Flavored curd • Fruit Salad,with Custard or Condensed Milk • Boiled Eggs,with veggie boiled potatoes,& different spices • Unpacked Buttermilk ,Paneer Milkshakes & Fruit Juice THANKYOU🙏🙏

Following are few good nutrition practices which i follow: 1 Always wash vegetables/ fruits before chopping. Washing them post chopping can cause loss of nutrients. 2 Eat local and seasonal food, fruits and vegetables are nutrient dense in season they grow, off season food items are grown using lot of fertilizers and chemicals. 3 Use Indian spices and condiments in cooking as they have medicinal properties owing to anti inflammatory compounds.
