HEALTHY FOODS FOR KIDS : Food is an essential part of every human’s life. Giving Proper and healthy food to kids to children from day 1 is the most important responsibility of every parent. Healthy foods that contain the right amount of nutrients should be given to children on a daily basis. We should help children to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy foods. A balanced diet is very important for children grow in a healthy way. Fruits and vegetables contain a lot of essential nutrien
