Kindly do something for the pvt.sectors employees.THE SAME DESIGNATED EMPLOYEE OF A COMPANY MUST GET EQUAL BENEFIT/FACILITY BEING OFFERED TO THE OTHER EMPLOYEE OF THE SAME POST. As most of the employers don't offer all the facility to their each staff of the same designation.There may be difference in component like DA, conveyance, etc., but basic salary and other benefit like vehicle facility, LTA, Medical,etc.should be offered equally to the each employee of the SAME post/designation of a Co.
