I recommend tax exemption for (1) Leave encashment on LTC, (2) Family Planning Allowance, (3) Indexation benefit for pay arrears to compensate for late payment. Exemptible limit of transport allowance needs to be raised, Family planning allowance is to be compensated for inflation similar to other allowances. Cashless medical treatment for serving Government servants.Transport allowance not be granted for government servants who has access to government owned/hired vehicle.

i think we should have a system where wen the baby born in any hospital we should make a kind of website which is under the hospitals so that when a kid born right away his or her Adhar card no and birth card both from the hospital this will make things easy and also control the crime on human trafiking of kids
