Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, I and some of my fellow Indian colleagues here in Australia (who have expertise in water management) have some thoughts and ideas to share about improving river(s) water quality in India and collaborating with leaders like Israel and Australia. Any chance we can meet you or your delegation to discuss this further. I also have some ideas on promoting medical tourism in India and am keen to brainstorm about this- Dr Harpreet S Kandra +61447028688

I believe that Indian and Indians have all the required qualities to be successful like western countries and it is evident by the fact that so many NRI are doing so well with Indian background and same Indian education system. All we need is discipline in every work of life. I am very positive that once this quality is imbibed by all Indians they will march towards remarkable success.

I feel west is successful today because of their primary education. Especially they tech their children, how to behave. I feel standard 1 to 10 should have one subject which will tell our children how to behave. Additionally we should change the education and make it little application oriented. Currently we are mugging up the text written in book. We don't know how to counter question. I feel primary education should be application oriented and not just mugging.

There is need to change the education system in India. In US i can see lot more emphases is given on etiquette. Children here in US are taught to wait for their turn to speak. They are taught to stand in queue. They are taught to apologize for their mistakes. I feel Indian education should include this part also. When i go to Mandir, there is a rack to keep our shoes but Indian do not use the rack, instead they like to make the mess. But when any American come to Mandir they use the rack.

The govt is working on the right priorities. Simplification of tax code needs to be addressed. Reducing the myriad of rules and regulations which were created over the years and in fact hamper the progress of the country. Need to focus on execution. The PM needs to create a climate of high expectations and surround himself with people who are doers.

1.Effective and speedy judiciary " Justice delayed is justice denied". Any Indian or NRI entangled in a legal dispute has to go through a longwinding legal battle. The courts have holidays quite often with the country having so many backlog of cases when will they ever catchup. 2.Bring More scrutiny on Police and law order they should be under more scrutiny for corruption special lokpal bill . Merly having bullet trains and clean India is not going to be sufficient we need a speedy and effective justice system and law order for common man.

It appears to me that this forum is ONE way traffic. Everybody is just posting their intentions and opinions here but there is no TWO way communication from this website convenor. At least I have not got any communication from somebody from this website. Unless it is a TWO way communication, this is just another Indian website. I am not sure whether anybody is monitoring and communicating with the contributors to this blog and completing the loop!!!

Each embassy outside India (eg: singapore) should also be tasked to engage with NRIs in those locations and not show an indifferent attitude towards them. A database of each nri and his/her willingness to contribute to India should be noted. There can be regular programs or events organised by embassy for the nri community to exchange view and suggestions
