....since company A's GST is blocked. To unblock it Company A needs amount equal.to GST amount which he needs to borrow. Assuming that A is unable to pay GST and his other Client also cannot pay him because of this....it becomes a heavy loss for A. To solve this problem there should be a feature in GST website so that the Client should be able to pay GST directly into the account of Company A and the software should be able to notice that "apparent" default is not 100% default but only due to non receipt of payment against one or few invoices. And there by not blocking the GST for a period of say another X months. Additionally the GST website should send the notice to both C1 and A regarding default. Now another situation arises ; since the GST amount.is always less than Inv. amount, the Client C1 may decide to pay the GST part of the invoice and ensure that his sub- contractor gets continuity. This can solve the problem of cash flow blockage due to GST

GST : The current mechanism of GST is causing disruption of the cash flow in the business. Most companies operate on credit basis (30 days to 90 days) eventhough invoice / bill is generated on monthly basis. Addition to this govt. requires business owners to pay the GST amount by 20th of every month. Now if the client is unable to make regular payments against the invoices, this causes cash flow disruptions.Example : Company A has 3 clients C1, C2, C3 with 60 day payment terms( payment will be received 60 days after receiving invoice). Suppose C2 client is unable to make payment to company A on 60th day and instead pays him after 180 days. This causes disruption in cashflow of company A and also reduces his profitability since he has to pay the GST regularly by 20th. And cash which was expected to come from client C1 for 60 day old invoice is not available. Once company A goes into default of GST payment then Client C2 & C3 are also not able to pay company A the money since his
