We have a modest ability to support young children's cognitive development. Many psychologists have not given this much thought. examining children's fingers to learn about their mental capacities. To improve the quality of living and improving the health of the tribal communities people we can do following things : 1) We should have a procedure (apart from Schedule 5/6) to select an educated tribal or an experienced tribal who understands the policies/schemes of the government which are for the welfare of the tribal people . To make him/her Development officer at that region, because he/she knows that particular region and people very well. He may implement the schemes very well with the help of the community as compared to others .This effort may got the trust of the tribal people for the Government.

To become a developed country till 2047 our country need to work on several things Like 1) Improving educational quality and their outcomes, To improve the educational quality we need to train the teachers first. We need to Educate children in a holistic way So after their schooling they become Assets of the country not Liability of the country, to provide them an employment 2) Social awareness of the schemes at the panchayat level (for example Any Government scheme which are focused on improvement of the lives of villagers, Then it must be Discussed in “GRAM SABHA” of the village and also at the “panchayats”.3) Mandatory Citizen charter at every government institution for good governance and to ensure citizen-centric services and also start a awareness campaign through Television/Newspapers advertisement/Social media platforms etc to aware citizens about their rights at the institutions. When the people aware of their rights then institutions are also act accordingly..

Sir, Final students of professional courses may be utilized in the concerned Government department duly providing some amount as apprenticeship amount may be useful to the ex-checker and also to the students. The quality in the concerned Government departments may also increase Sir. Today medical diagnosis through CT scan and MRI scan have become mandatory and very costly as well.In a private hospital the cost is around Rs 8000 to Rs 10000 per scan. As private hospitals have to bring in investments and as a result the scanning cost is high and unaffordable. I suggest Central Government to sponsor the machines free of cost across the country to all private hospitals where such CT & MRI scan is done.Let the Central Government abosorb the equipment costs fully in order to give the benefits to patients. In such a case the scanning cost will almost be equivalent to a Xray cost as only service charges will be incurred. People of India will benefit from this be it rich or poor.

Our country has Doordarshan channels in all regional languages. But a dedicated channel for Samskritham is not available.Any language has to be heard and spoken. Samskritham is mother to all Indian languages.Hence to revive the language we need to have a channel only in Samskritham with programmes such as News , Dramas, Discussions. This will help people to watch and learn the language. Any language not spoken will get vanished over a period of time.Today technology will help in revival of the language.
