Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Sir there is a rule that the person who is having more then two children cannot eligible for Corporator or MLA.. if the govt motivate same if the person has two or more then girl childs can participate Election... it will be best for beti bachao....

Sir, u re doing the best effort and a big thanks for being a hope in darkness 4 development of our motherland. Sir, If gov play some role as a mediator between b2b deals. It can stop fishing of money done by fake companies who come in market and block the funds in the market. Also, it will be a financial security for small scale to grow by getting in time and deserving payments for the efforts and services given by it. Our market tendency is to be changed.

Sir My request is now Telangana state is formed - now there is need of delimitation of Constituency's needed - during the period of Y.S. Rajashekar Reddy he safe guard the MIM during the delimitation and got 7 MLS in Hyd. Now again dlimitations needed please safe guard Telangana from this jihadis.

सरकार को सबसे पहले बंद कारखानो से लगी भूमि को उपयोग में लाने हेतु उपाय करने चाहिए उसके बाद ही भू अर्जन के लिए दूसरे विकल्पो पर विचार होने दे

mobile ak aisa madhyam hai jiske bina duniya ki kalpana hona ashambhav sa lagata hai.. smarts phone hamesha se logo ka akarshana hai .mobile ko extra power deti hai

Sir,The prices are on rise. The price of petrol has come down to 50%. But the prices is on rise. The gov is ineffective in controlling the traders or giving a rope. If the prices of petrol go up by Rs 1, again the prices go up.Why? The gov must take strong measure to bring down the prices to the lavel of Five years back as Chitambrum did in UPA tenure. No, No, No, doubt the image boost like any thing. You can bigger steps to Vikas and Corruption. The Gov must take Anna in to confidence to settle

In this technology era…Govt. of Gujarat has never appoint “ COMPUTER TEACHER “ in any standard ( from Std. 1 to Std12). It is very important subject in this competitive world….Then also why this injustice to computer subject in our Gujarat? In Govt. school temporary computer teachers are quitting their job in 6 to 12 months. So actual and effective education not happening in school. If we are talking about technology and E-Commerce then students should learn this subject properly in school.
