Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Sir, the people are not happy with the 8 month performance because you have done nothing to corruption. Among Vikas and Corruption , the later has more important and significant than Vikas. Also Anna has given a nod to the gov. BJP is doing the same thing as UPA II did. Take a leaf from the previous gov. Corruption is rampant rather more than before. Pl take very very stringent , effective and visible (to common men and BPL people) steps. This may give breathe to govl and boost BJP in DELHI

Creating websites is a child's play with the user friendly tools and liberal hosting policies. It is surprising that there is no bureau that rates these sites like the central board for films. Sites should receive a rating from a bureau (such as A etc), which can help parents monitor the activities of their children, protect them from accessing unwanted sites, and keep them safe from cyber crime. Without such ratings on Indian websites, the youth is very vulnerable to cyber and moral crimes.

Sir, I want reservation free INDIA, because today reservation became a VIP treatment to those people who are rich by status but due to reservation our UR persons work under reserved peoples. I think reservation is important but due to its financial conditions otherwise there is no reservation.

Respected Prime Minister. The crude prices have fallen from 115/dollar to 50/d. But no price fall for any of the petroleum bi products.Are shutting your eyes.Your govt has taken a stand of' make hay while sun shines ' in the case of falling crude prices by enhancing excise duty.It appears you are allowing companies also to make hay. It would have been really transparent if you declared the amount realised from hike for a specific new ambitious project rather adding to budgetary receipt.This amo

Dear Modi sir, I request you add one thing in digital India There should be system Wherein all the people representatives of India should available in one platform like PM,CM,MLA,MLC,union minister State minister Even village Panchayath member.Everyone's detail should be there.Then only people's active participation can be possible.it will vanish idle workers.& People directly take on him/her.Please reserve Place for this In your digital India website & make an authority to proper updates

Mr. Prime Minister, I would like to contribute my suggestion for Budget 2015-16. All movie / picture are passed by censor board and on base of picture, censor board has given certificate of " A" or "U" etc. Now picture/ movie which is certified with Category "A" or U/A that should be charged with heavy special entertainment tax. so with this reason producer will make less adult movie, Govt. revenue will increase as well Bhartiya culture will save which now a days ready to destroy. Mr. Prime Minister, Can you assure us that our data if and when supplied to UIDAI will be secure in the sense that no private company ( that too having foreign links/subsidiaries/holding etc) will be involved ? Can you give us a UID involving post offices and central government only by collecting and storing data without sharing with private companies expressly or impliedly. Otherwise your enforcing Aadhar will be doing a disservice to the nation and we feel let down. Pls bring a white paper.

It's quite simple to link upto 5 prepaid or postpaid no to aadhar like one time authentication by website or by ivrs system, then that mobile no is mandatory in all fields all services wheather govt or private and when that services availing to him aadhar no also prompt with his mobile no. For eg if one person needs a new prepaid mobile connection or a govt form filling procedure his authorised mo madatory with aadhar , then he avail automatically linked to aadhar services at all level
