Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

modig namaskar. kal ke bhashan mein aapne jhugi per makan banane ki baat kahi thi. pahle bhi sarkar ne makan bana kar diye the. un colony ka naam jj colony he. per vahan per 4 4 car wale log rahete hein. bhumi mafia aap ki ye yojna kamyab nahi hone denge. kripya bhumi mafia ke liyr kuch kaam digiye jis se unka dimag kahi aur lage.

Dear respected sir, सरकार ने बहुत सारे ऐसे विभाग बना रखे हैं जिनका काम भ्रष्टाचार पर लगाम लगाना है लेकिन देखा यह गया है कि भ्रष्टाचार को रोकने की कोशिश करने वाले विभागों के अफसर उसी भ्रष्टाचार के आशीर्वाद से बहुत ही संपन्न हो जाते हैं| अपने देश में पिछले 20 वर्षों में घूसखोरी को सम्मान का दर्जा मिल गया है.वरना यहाँ पर दस हज़ार रूपये का घूस लेने के अपराध में जवाहर लाल नेहरू ने, अपने एक मंत्री को बर्खास्त कर दिया था.यही निवेदन है कि भ्रष्टाचार को रोका जाय| Thanks & Regards Shiv Narayana Singh

Dear Respected Sir, 1. लोकपाल विधेयक का राज्यसभा में पास हो पाना मुश्किल है। क्योंकि सरकार की मौजूदा सदस्य संख्या यहां कम है। 2. लोकपाल बिल पास करने के लिये लोक सभा तथा राज्य सभा के सदस्यो को मिल कर एक अधिवेशन करना चाहिये | एक बहुमत हो्गा राज्य और लोक सभा के सदस्यो को मिलाकर और दोनो सदनो के बिच का जो मतभेद है वो दुर हो जयेगा |और लोकपाल बिल पास करने मे समसया नही होगी| Thanks & Regards Shiv Narayna Singh

DEAR PM SIR, SOME OF YOUR MP'S HAVE NOT SPENT ANY OF THEIR OFFICIAL MP FUND AS I READ IN THE NEWSPAPER TOI ON 2/FEB/2015. IN MY OPINION THEY SHOULD HAVE STARTED TO WORK IN THEIR RESPECTIVE CONSTITUENCIES.

Its a good concept but how about practically implementing the idea. U mean to say that mobile no could be substitutetd in place of aadhar card. well, but in case the mobile is lost then ? we can ask for duplicate sim. But what in case , if we want to change the mobile no itself.. it means that are our aadhar no bcms invalid ?? Or we gt to register our new no and link new no to the existing aadhar card, if yes the process is complex and time consuming. plzz clarify on this

IT IS THE THE ONE OF THE BEST TECHNIQUE WHICH IS USE IN INDIA IN 2015.WHEN MOBILE NUMBER WILL BE LINKED WITH AADHAR IT NOT MAYBE THE TERRORIST CAN'T GET ANY NUMBER AND POSSIBILILTY TO FIND LOCATION.

In my opinion K Bedi (nymphomaniac) is a liability to Modi's Govt, choice of candidate is an absolute an error of judgment by BJP think tanks, her personality and character is a bye gone era attributes. Modi Govt must choose candidate young and inexperience candidate with good and solid an Education Degree for parliament Member and Delhi CM. Modern Days experience termed as 'work experience' and is cutting edge environment, old experience does not produce, cause learning curve. 'Lakeer ke Fakir'
