Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Please Link everything With Unique identity(UID) with a smart card or cloud data which shall contain all Documents from birth certificate,school.college,achievements,passport,bank and health records etc etc ... this will reduce paper work, corruption & bureaucratic delay.Just quoting one number should solve all the problems and redundancy

Making constant subsidy system on LPG it is not fare and it crates bad impression on citizen on govt. and it may hampered the image of central govt. and it is also not good because if LPG rate is lower side its ok, if the LPG rates higher side it will put very big burden on poor/middle class peoples.. kindly refer this on humanitarian grounds.... other wise the people will think "MODI govt. reduced the size stone on their head (by reducing Diesel/Petrol cost) and put a BIG ROCK on the head"

Beti bachao beti padhao I would like to say that according to recent population calculation the growth of female child is 25 % than of the male child. so in future their will be great problem to avail girl for getting marriage for each boy and their family "SO BETI BACHAO AUR BAHU LAO" .

Maharashtra state Rent Act should be abolished because Owners stay in Zuggis and tenant stays in their house by the grace of Congress Govt so this question is very important to be solved by any way for owners of houses who are on road I beg to modi govt for neccessary amendments or abolition of maharashtra rent Act

about vehicles and pollution all the vehicle above 12 years should scrapped no other option should be open for renewal of such vehicle .and one family of husband and wife should have only one car ,one 2wheeler and children above age of 18 may granted for 2 wheeler in same family and other option show parking purchase vehicle.And production of vehicles should be stopped or sale should be made in particular city according to calculation of roads/traffic/ population access supply make congestion

About taxes /sales tax I suggest that all such tax should be applied on the door of manufacturer industries from where the product comes in to market so there will be no need to collect it from distrbutors/retailers/consumers only one tax should be applied i.e Income-tax as per income of Individuals /companies.so that will generate the tax at one place and no chori will happen no bribe no need for offices for recovery etc etc.

continue---and Old grant policy land should be allowed to convert into free hold land for development in all cantonment areas.and rule for all cantonment area should be same but it is understood that all cantonment officers make rule according to their fhysibility.
