Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Mobile number after implementation of nationwide mobile number portability can be unique. However Adhar number can be unique with multiple mobile numbers since mobile number works as one fancy item. So presently Adhar number if structured according to geography could be similar to IP address. What we require first for all citizen is to have unique e-mail ID. E-mail ID and webspace by government to its citizens will be very much helpful if it is authenticated by Adhar.A number is just a number

FSI in cantonment area in all india should be increased because people staying their from 4 to 5 generation in same small house so family members are increased but place for staying and residence is small and insufficent so there is no development in the cantonment areas only unothorized structure are increasing with the help of local leaders.So if the FSI is increased and permission are given to Bunglow areas in cantonment Board for development by removing/terminating old grant policy

Mobile Number as digital identity is a good option but due to multiple operators & multi various plans, the customers are flying from one to another.The main hindrance is roaming charge, for that people are using multiple SIM cards.Plans of all operators are almost same but their advertisements are making full to customers.Number portability is a solution but unless roaming charge ends, there will not be permanent solution. Poor people of boarder area are mostly affected of ROAMING.

i am unable to understand our GREAT JUDICIAL SYSTEM. WHEN SUPREME COURT HAD ORDERED TO HANG A RAKSHAS ( SURINDER KOLI) AND PRESIDENT ALSO REFUSER MERCY PETITION AND RASSI HAD BEEN BROUGHT TI MEERUT JAIL THEN HOW ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT CHANGE HIS PHAANSI TO UMRAKAID. CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN THIS CONFUSION . AS THERE ARE MANY RESPECTABLE LAYERS IN ALL POLITICAL PARTIES . PLEASE ANY LAYER SHOULD EXPLAIN THIS COMPLEXITY ????

Its a complain to MHRD smriti ji that in our university i.e Mizoram University,AIZWAL they are cooking pork and beef in canteen along with in our hostel (pork) , now problm is that max. Of student are hindu in engineering hostel so how can we eat this???? And as for information we knw in university pork and beef are not allwod . So madam kimdly can u look after these problms as soon as possible... And we don't even get good quality of food.. Plzz mam look after these plzzzzz

The small loan assistance given by friends &relatives must be collected and any defaulters who betray confidence must be punished without exception but money lenders in wrong guise should not be allowed to make Use of it. I suggest all ATMs be directed to have facilities for transfer of money between various accounts in all banks, laws must be amended to provide presumption guilt in absence of reversal debit entries within 3 years with interest @specified rates it may even be called e-promissory

Mobile ph as id tool:Does the Government feel that it is 100% secure and privacy guaranteed when FDI and private participation is allowed, and when you import SIM cards (see NSC note ). Can you guarantee that phone company software will not copy data.? Can you supply every Indian with a phone and a connection and ensure free mobile service for these apps ? On a later date if charges are imposed, what will the poor do when they are without a meal a day ? I think it should be optional only

Please don't subscribe to Aadhar. Those who recommend Aadhar are ignorant. Data is collected, processed and stored by UIDAI using foreign linked companies as Registrars. Let the government come with a citizen card for which data should be collected, processed and stored by government department like post office directly without any private participation. Data should be stored in Government servers located in India under the Government. Till then NO AADHAR. SCRAP AADHAR SAVE INDIA.
