Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Education should be MAN MAKING. What we study is school is academic excellence. That is OK but it is not all. Education must include values such as Compassion,Respect,Team work,Service,Humility, Discipline, Determination,Never-say-die attitude, Conquering Fear,Solution orientation, love for all living beings etc.. Lots of activities to inculcate these values in the children. There are lots of example of Japanese schools doing this and it would be great to study and understand what they do

Information or propaganda , some things are taken in the media because its more profitable but after some which is important issue .. forgotten by media because they will not sell.

Reduce the retirement age to 50. India with lot of population needs employers and this can be done by reducing the retirement age. See whether this is a workable solution to employ. People should retire early and be happy spending their time with family

Mobile as Digital Identity is fraught with danger. Given massive misrepresentation in KYC verifications process of all mobile telecom service providers, to link mobile into identity will lead to avoidable harassment to innocent citizens while corrupt mobile store operators illegally activate multiple SIMs using another customer' credentials without customer' knowledge. A police compliant in this regard is being investigated in southern states. Govt of India should be careful.
