Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

The government offices spend lot of human resource and time on grant, sanction of gpf and earned leave If a suitable program is made, the entire process would take one second and involving staff to make online application will make every one computer literate

It is found that every family saves some money at home and usually they save coin. If government introduces technology that can be possible using missed call from registered mobile number of bank account of Jandhan Yojna. And main balance of mobile account will transfer to that account. Govt. should return service tax amount which was charged at the time of mobile recharge. If you allow I will demonstrate the whole process.

Starting from parliament, Biometric identification has to be implemented for all security personal, Army, expand to airports all government offices all state govt offices all private securities all schools etc. This is a need for the nation and security kindly do the needful. This is not luxury for India but it is a need. Govt should know who is where and what Aadhaar system can be used to setup the biometrics but validation should be done local to avoid burden or load on the aadhaar system.

In Maharashtra, it is required to provide tenants details to the police. This is time consuming and inconvenient, thus ensuring that agents are promoted. Now they have allowed the info to be sent by post. It is a good idea for the Govt to provide online payment and registration of Rent Agreements & police reporting of tenants. It will save paper, time and eliminate corruption.

I suggest Digital Healthcare should also be a considered a focus area in the Digital India campaign. Since Digitization in Healthcare domain can facilitate toward affordable and effective services Pan India. Suggestion is towards cost effective Tele Medicine or mobile health solutions specially designed for Indian context and Made in India.

CONT.. we should used electronic media for advertisement like... facebook, tweeter, whatsup, instagram, tv., or the new paper. it will be helpful for the clean India campaign initialed by THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA. MUST INITIATE ALL THE PARTIES DURING ELECTION

शासन में मात्र एपीएल एवं बीपीएल श्रेणी में परिवारों का सर्वे करते हुए केवल बीपीएल परिवारों को ही विभिन्न प्रकार की छूट का लाभ दिया जा रहा है. किन्तु मोदी जीनिवेदन यह है कि समाज में मध्यम वर्ग भी है जो भीषण मंहगाई में अमीरों और गरीबों के बीच प्रतिमाह ५-६ हजार रू. में बिना कोई सरकारी मदद के बमुशकिल से परिवार का पालन पोषण कर रहा है. इन्हे १₹ किलो का गेहू व २₹ का चांवल नही वरन मजबूरी में बाजार से २५-३०₹ किलो का चांवल खाना पड़ रहा है. इसिलए बीपीएल एवं एपीएल के बीच एमपीएल श्रेणी का सर्वे करायें.

As Digital Technologies which include Cloud Computing and Mobile Applications have emerged as catalysts for rapid economic growth and citizen empowerment across the globe. Still we had used paper for advertisement which was pasted on the public places as well as distributed to the people. During the election time it encrease. I am not against the advertisement but against the method used for the advertisement which increase lot of wastage of paper and effect our swach bharat abhiyan..

All trades must get equal weightage in jobs at entry level for each stage of qualification. Say a Diploma holder in any field should get the same pay in the jobs, similarly a degree holder and a PG. Growth depends upon performance and merit.
