Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Mobile as digital identity is good to listen,but in modern age guys use mobile in a bad way and misuse the assets in daily life.if they use the internet as knowing good things and share international affairs than only digital ethics became success globally.

sir,how can our india progress these photos are of bareilly junction uttar pradesh after new Station superintendent came he and a local person known as Bahadur who is not eligible to work on bareilly junction are working together to do all the corruption on BE JN. the Coolie shed is supposed to be for coolies but the coolies cry they don't get food as Bahadur supplies food only to private people also they misuse railway property,steal electricity,and cause james,and they supply dirty food,garbag

माननीय पंतप्रधानजी , माझ्या आईला ४५०/- रुपये निवृत्ती वेतन मिळते -कुटुंबनिवृत्ती योजने अंतर्गत हि योजना आहे . पण या काळात यात कसे भागणार कृपया कळ्वा.

विजेचे बिल - वीज prepaid करावी , त्याची चोरी रोखावी,आज माझ्या सारखा माणूस दर महिन्याला २ ते ३ हजार वीजबिल भरतोय.आणि काही लोक ५०० र्य्पये बिल भरतोय.असे का.....?

माननीय पंतप्रधानजी, देशातील सर्व सरकारी शाळात बायो matric हजेरी यंत्र लावा त्यामुळे सरकारची कोट्यावधी रुपये वाचवू शकतात. विध्यार्थीचे हजेरी पण याद्वारे घेतल्यास बोगस हजेरी त्यावर आधारित मिड डे मिल योजनचे करोडो ररुपये वाचू शकतात.तसेच शहरी भागात अनेक ५०% मुले खिचडी खातच नाही ,त्या तांदळे चे काय होते आणि त्यावरील आहाराची बिले याचे काय होते . एकीकडे शेतकरी आत्महत्या करतात आणि त्यान मदतीसाठी शासनाकडे निधी नाही त्यासाठी हा एक मार्ग एकज नागरिक म्हणून मी सुचविला आहे.

like China make Hindi our national language compulsory so that at every product we can make the mark of India as our national language. Every visitor should learn Hindi when he visit our country.

Mobile identity verification should follow the one way for a holistic credentials about any Indian.My gov. need to bring cheaper cum fully laden smartphones,avail by anyone easily.

It is very great idea to launch mobile as a digital identity of individual. Only the concern is there should be a inter-portability of service provider and security aspects with respect to the individual's personal information.
