Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

SIR,IMPLEMENTING AIR AMBULANCE @ FREE OF COST IN ALL METRO CITIES OF INDIA TO SAVE THE LIVES OF POOR PEOPLE ON SHARING BASIS WITH ALL STATE GOVERNMENTS BUT ALL HOSPITALS SHOULD HAVE LANDING PLATFORM. PLEASE IMPLEMENT THIS CONCEPT AND SAVE LOTS & LOTS OF POOR LIVES,PLEASE SIR.

श्रीमान नरेन्द्र मोदी जी को नमस्कार। आप से निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि आज कल TV पर आने वाले धारावाहिको मे हमारे देवी देवताओं का बहुत अपमानजनक चित्रण दिखाया जा रहा है जिसके कारण हमारे हिन्दू धर्म के भाई बहनों को हमारे देवी देवताओं का अपमान सहना पडता हे अतह् आपसे निवेदन है कि TV पर आने वाले ( जैसे कि सब TV पर आने वाला धारावाहिक यम है हम ) धारावाहिको पर रोक लगाई जानी चाहिए तथा केवल उन धार्मिक धारावाहिको को ही प्रसारण की अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए जो केवल धार्मिक काव्यों तथा धार्मिक ग्रंथों पर आधारित हो ।

You know BJP member who is member of Dewli Vidhan Sabha of Delhi is a criminal and his some illegal works is going on like---Daaru Adda , Jua Adda, smuggling ,Gaanja smuggling , I mean all works are illegal and unsocial..please Modi ji stopped that if he win this election his works will be expended more.....OK....

Dear Hounrable PM Shri Modi; i want to know how can india become a digital india ,as our country average internet speed is 2.1mbps and we rank 115th in world in internet speed and on the other side south asian countries have average speed is 24.3mbps.

15 अगस्त को जब प्रधान मंत्री लालकिला से देश को सन्देश देते हैं तो भाषण के साथ डिज़िटल तरीके से सक्रीन के माध्यमस से कुछ मिनिट्स के लिए अपने पिछले साल के काम तथा आगे करने वाले कार्यों का presantation दें।क्योंकि सरकारः के कार्यों को प्रधानमंत्री देकते हैं औए प्रधानमंत्री के कार्यों को देश देख सके

Sir from next year the school students must be taught the financial literacy from 5th onwards so the villagers are not cheated by the cheats. Also in curriculam som concept of karma from geeta and ved must be included from 1st standard.

Sir do we have a system whereby the looting of commuters be stopped by all transportation mode. Neither the taxi nor the auto nor the busfares have been reduced despite the fall in diesel price by approximate 25%. I remember that whenever the prices went up the demand for raising was immedeatly accepted but nobody is now raising the voice to reduce the fares even airlines are charging fuel surcharge at the same rate. Do govt will take action?
