Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

For Mass level operation for clean India operation we need to engage all the people of India.. and to engage all the people of india we need to make the fun and engage... we need to work on the funtheory which will help to engage peolple more. Can we take the concept from thefuntheory.com ....

To make India corruption free, Each and Every payment should be made through Cards (Debit, Credit etc) and make India's all the services through Internet e.g. issues digit certificates with digit signature of the competent authority online etc.. In respect of energy conservation I have an idea that to develop the habits of energy conservation at the Schooling level particularly from the Class UKG onwords because seeding the good habits in the very early age of forthcoming citizen that make india

This is regarding the price hike of public transport system in Mumbai specially Share Taxi & Share Rickshaw, There are number of places in Mumbai were the taxi & rickshaw are on share basis they run under some union & monopolised the Fare for per person they charge almost 15 to 30 Rs. Per Person i.e. 60 to 130 Per trip. which is almost 4 to 6 times higher what they charge on Meter they frequently increase prices with different excuses.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी हमारे देश में पुलिस में पार दर्शिता कब अयेगी और कब तक हम लोग पुलिस के खौप से जुल्मीयों और अपराधीयों के आगे नतमस्तक होना पडेगा यहॉ हर काम पहुॅच और पेसे के विना होने की बजाय वेईज्जती और झूठे मुकदमें मिलते हैं और अदालत में तो और भी बुरा हाल है तारीख लगाने वाले तक का विना पैसे काम नहीं चलता है नही दोगे तो हजार तरीके होते है जलील करने के वहॉ पर भी अगर थोडा भी समय मिले तो हमे बतादेना हमें इससे मुक्ति मिलेगी भी या नही

Mobile should be linked to other valid ids of a person. Infact all ID proof documents like voter ID, passport ID, Adhaar card no., Ration card no., Telephone bill, Electric bill etc should all be traceable from the mobile number of a person. If a person has more than one mobile then the numbers need to be linked to the Identity proof. This will prevent fake mobile use.

India should be corruption free, take strict action against corruption regarding Hindu community there is no chance to attend moral classes like christians and Muslims. I strongly request that moral as well as gita classes should be started in every temple premises and the children are adviced to attend the classes every saturday and sunday. The governing of temple matters and the earning from them should be utilised for the upcoming of the deserved p[ersons and it can meet the expenditure,up
