Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Sir, I want to say that Government should take note of the following in Budget 2015-16 1.Service tax should be removed from Medical Services and Education Because We know very Well no one goes to the Doctor or hospital with his will . Sometimes We find it difficult to arrange hospital Bill than 12% Service tax is Very High on this Service. If Govt Withdraws or Reduce Service Tax on Education it will Boost Education Sector. 2.Online/Card Transaction should be Promoted .

Dear Sir, I want to talk about educational system. If you want to improve status & quality in govt. Primary & Secondary school education, then it should be compulsory for State & Central Govt. employees to send their children in Govt. School. You will see that the quality of school & education will improved automatically.

first of all it is not possible for all India population to have mobile phones. but as such we can use mobile phones as digital identity if there is an internet connection on mobile. we can make a small software which can concatenate both mobile number and Aadhar number of a person to generate a code that can identify the person through sim card. If a person have a smartphone he can be identified though finger prints or eye scans.

If we are thinking about Digital India, we really need a plan to upgrade our Internet / Broadband services. Even today we are running on 3G as well as our broadband speeds are comparatively slower than rest of the world. We have the best minds in the world and we are still behind in our day to day technologies. We should move to LTE soon and also set 25 Mbps as minimum broadband speeds. I hope you will take notice of it and plan to take necessary actions.
