USER CHARGES IMPOSED IS ADDITIONAL BURDEN TO THE CONSUMER. THE LOWER INCOME / MIDDLE CLASS THE USER CHARGES SHOULD BE EXEMPTED FROM HESE GROUPS. IT MAY BE LEVIED ON CORPORATES AND MNCS RATHER THAN SMALL / MEDIM BUSINESS. THE COMMON MAN NORMALLY UTILIZES THE SERVICES OF BANKS/MIDDLE CATEGORY HOTELS, CREDIT CARDS/ WITHDRAWALS AT ATMS ETC. IN THE COMMON MAN INTEREST, GOVT.,SHOULD CONSIDER NOT TO IMPOSE THE USER CHARGES. TO INCREASE FINANCE, GOVT., MAY ASSESS OTHER GROUPS LIKE BIG BUSINESS HOUSES

THIS APPROACH IS COSTLY AFFAIR BURDENS THE PUBLIC. IS PAYING THE COST OF THE PRODUCT/SERVICE AT THE RATE FIXED BY THE SELLER. IN SUCH CASES WHY CONSUMER WILL PAY EXTRA TOWARDS USER CHARGES. IT MAY BE COLLECTED FROM THE PRODUCER RATHER THAN CONSUMER.

The easiest way to reduce expenditure is to ask all ministers and mayors to stay in their own house and should be asked to pay utility bills and servants salary on their own salary. This way we can reduce a good component of our govt. Expenditure

Mr PM, I would like to congratulate the government for installing biometric machine in all central government offices. As a Central government employee, I see the office taxis and vehicles being misused by other employees. Its the story in all the central government agencies. I think that GPS system should be installed in all the office taxis so that they can be tracked to avoid their misuse. It will save governments revenue and help our economy.

Mr. PM, I would like to throw some light on an area which is been neglected and no major reform been made on it since long i.e the Education Sector. Due to mushrooming ofinstitutes the basic essence of education is been lost due to which the really players in the field are suffering. I would take an opportunity to pen down few suggestions: 1-easy and soft loans through bank with low interest rate. 2-Marginal gestation period these are only few points but i have more if given chance to expres

Respected PM sir, I wish to bring an important issue of many uncontrolled NGO's in India, taken very seriously about their malpractices in projects, mis management with lot of irregularity of funds given to them by the various agencies. There is also a need to look into the honesty and the money manipulations by the NGO officials and so called incompetent activists looting lot of money, with forging the accounts not justifying with the poor and illiterate honest villagers and innocent citizens.

Number of operations in ATMS must not be restricted. This will help the people withdraw only the required money and the balance in SB accounts can be retained for Banks to use. Now people will with draw more cash and keep it with them fro later use. Alternatively printed details must be charges at a bit higher rate.
