Dear Friends there is INSURANCE , BANK and many such industry regulators which make sure that consumers interest are safeguarded . India also needs a real estate regulatory body so that builders cannot take consumers at their will . Consumers face a lot of issue from unsrupulus builders our govt needs to do something about this.

general and common trend is that specially in service sector (hospitals, pilgrims, disaster management etc) implementing authority staffs must be monitored strictly and culprits in these cases must be booked & punished with scolding publicly so that another people don"t be indulged in malpractices In NUT SHELL user charges charged must be used properly to get the benefits desired within norms and ethics

Mr. PM i want to inform you that many Khadi gramodyog owners are availing subsidies & income from govt without doing khadi business. I live in karnal, there are many khadi shops which have been closed for 10-15 yrs. But their owners in rural/town areas still availing subsidies approx 25 lakh/yr from govt on the name of khadi business. They present FARZI BILLS to govt. officials. you should demolish the khadi gramodyog centres as these are unnecessary expenditures on govt (in haryana). JAI HIND

Sir, SPECIALIZATION & BEST IN WORLD PRACTICES need to be the norm of all areas where public money is spent. For this best talent should be put to use. Citizens money should create world class assets NOT shameful roads, buildings, hospitals, schools. We as citizens (Govt/Public) should start again aiming for being world leaders in all spheres of our public spaces

Sir, Further to my earlier post.. once digitization happens; all Govt/PSU employees could be re-deployed on physical delivery/execution rather than pushing files etc. which technology can do very well. This way no one loses their jobs. The Indian Defence forces are a good role model for all Govt. Departments.

Sir, A Step before Expenditure Management is to review & articulate in 3 core deliverable of the Govt to its citizens. Then integrate (remove silos) + simplify (remove redundant functions/processes) + digitize ALL of Central Government, Integrate all departments to remove ALL silos around the 3 core deliverables. While doing this make Government OPEN by digitized, online, real time access for the public for all Non Sensitive programs (quite like tracking your courier dispatch via Blue Dart.

Sir, (a) Govt/PSUs should exit all services which are best delivered commercially & focus only on core Services which ONLY Govt are expected/shd deliver (b) Then these services should be digitized/online to maximize efficiency (c) Those services that need physical delivery should at best be funded through tax revenue & not fees; again booking & payment for these services should be online/using tech.

Dear Mr PM, With regard to LPG subsidy and Kerosene subsidy, I am assuming long term aim is for cash transfer to the people availing subsidy. When at that, a long term goal can be to transfer a "LPG credit" or "Kerosene credit" which can not be used as cash, can be used only for buying LPG and something that lapses "after a while". I know this can only be long term goal. Thanks you for the opportunity to share the idea.

Inorder to get investments for developing our NATION. govt do prepare a account of centralised bank and ask our citizens to donate their black or white money into it so that the people donated will get a account and every month for the money deposited they will get interest and after five years their amount will be doubled. so each and every rupee will be used for just developing industries and reducing unemployement which is the major problem

For example expenses of department of health and family welfare .Alcohol ,tobacco, junk foods ,junk games, are the real users of health and family welfare.Tax them directly to fully meet the health department's budget ,and make the health department as good as in England - and free for all while taking the help of yoga and ayurveda to further improve quality
