IF THE CENTER IS DELHI THAN ALL THE CLASSES OF GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS OF ALL THE STATES OF INDIA FROM NURSERY TO 12TH CAN BE CONNECTED LIVE FROM DELHI AT THE SAME TIME. 3) THESE PROGRAM SHOULD BE DESIGNED AS PER THE BEST INDIAN & INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS STRICTLY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE. 3)
