We spent about 16% of our GDP (i.e. 101 Crore in 2012-13) on Government Employees i.e. 16.65 lakh Crore. Firstly, efficiency of this implementation force has to be calculated, analysed and strict measures to be carried out to improvise the output of "Sarkari Babus". Well on Total Agriculture expenditure is only about 13,558 Crore in 2012-13, is to be considered.

In continuation to below suggestions As it will be beneficial ATM can be open in small town without subsidy. Post office account can also link with it. We can improve available logistics rather than creating new mammoth system. As it will be link with aadhar there will not be any fraud.

AADHAR is best tool for this. Government should provide one dedicated account to each individual. Account no should be aadhar no. This will be only for subsidy. Same time they should provide RUPEY card for transactions. RBI should approved new mechanism for ATM where new company will take care of atm management. Bank will pay to that company. Hence bank will be free from ATM management and it will reduce the cost also as any card holder can access ATM.

highest amount of black money is utilized through the property transactions. almost 60% to 70%) of the value of property. how stored? obviously in the form of 1,000 Rs. & 500 Rs. notes. To reduce the black money from the market, the govt. should abandon the use of 1,000 Rs. notes (in a phased manner) and then 500 Rs. notes. This is how, black money will become USELESS rather than USED LESS In Forex, the currency gets appreciated only when the highest denomination of currency very low...

we notice the crop of tomato, onion and potato were destroyed by farmers as they are not getting the good market price. The farmers co op society to be allowed to store the products within their region in cold storage. we have to concentrate to increase the cold storage facility available to smallest farmer through his co operative society.also need to see the transport and cheap logistic system available to these co op society either by providing them special funds from banks.

Fist of all we must make in mind who saved forestand now handover to gov with greenly trees &animals in forest. They are not Indian Forest service officials.Tribals living in Forest.Evey citizen of india have to thank them.Otherwise Tree's forest would havebeen looted and the sale procceds deposited in Overseas banks.Tribal welfare to be in special concerntration to keep india green for ever. They require not wealth.First saving from dishonest forest dept officials looting their hard earned.

Now-a-days the system to charge premium of Tatkal tickets is noting but a Official Loot and blackmailing to the needy and law abiding citizen. In a system where approximately 4 times than the recognize capacity using the system cannot run in losses. We can operate the system with 10% extra revenue by modifying operations without investing a single penny and without increasing a rupee in fare. It is shameful in this country when we are providing a weekly trains besides contemporary policies.
