Dear Sir to reduce the gap & ratio between the Poor & Rich peoples plz make the sallary equality. In Private Companis there is huge difference in the salary of Upper post employees & lower post employees. example - the manager have 1,00,000 to 2,00,000 rp per month salary & employee have 10,000 rp per month salary. So I suggest to reduce this huge difference in salaries & distribution of salary in good proportion to all employees. So all will earn good & all will become equal rich.
