Measure 1: Ask District Collectors to come up with ideas to prune their monthly / annual budgets by 10% by identifying areas for cost cutting through better use of technology. This is a low hanging fruit. Execute the same in one quarter. Look for results. Award & reward those meeting the targets.Fix that as new expenditure target for each district. Any enhancement should necessarily be sought from Cabinet / Finance Secretariat through the office of concerned Chief Secretary, calamities exempt

One more thing I would like to suggest to you Sir is that why not ban things which are harmful to the health as well as to the nature as well as which prevents our country from becoming beautiful, like, we can say, Guthkas, Tobacco, Ciggerates, Chewing Gum to name a few. Hope we hear soon from you. Regards

It's great to hear about the clean India drive, we all are excited to be a part of it, one of the things that come to my mind is that even after cleaning a particular place, it gets dirty in a few weeks, we get back to where it started, so my suggestion to you, Sir, is that why not install dustbins in Footpaths, in corners of the streets, public places, etc so that people use dustbin for their waste instead of throwing it in streets n other public places.

Toll : In Mumbai, there are 5 entry points & one has to pay toll for every entry & exit. 2 wheelers are excused ( Because they are poor ??? ).Thus toll is paid by hardly 10% of commuters. Also its an open secret that a fairly large cut goes to minister & his party. Hence its a totally faulty system. I suggest that all tolls across India should be closed & instead Govt should charge levy of Rs 1 on every Lt of Petrol & Diesel towards road development

During elections of all levels lots of public money, time and man power is used up to prevent heavy expenses, time consumption, manpower ,we can install ATM like voting machines, which can be operated anywhere by any individual who hold voter id card or aadhar card and cast the vote.this process would encourage people to vote honestly ,secrecy will be maintained, there will be no misuse of voting authority.poor people would not get bribed.I think this is the best way out for voting process.

There should not be different budget for defence, education, health etc. There should be only one consolidated account for all. Bcoz the concerned dept try their best to finish the money allotted to them without any solid reason to get the money in next financial year. For example A road is broken n constructed two times instead of making a toilet which is urgently required. High official make a huge money in all this process.
