In a "Perfect Democracy" there should not be any Salary for Elected Representatives. They should get reasonable allowances only for the period they attend the session of Parliament/Legislative Assembly. Similarly these Elected Representatives should not be provided any permanent residence at New Delhi/State Capitals, but should be provided accommodation at the Guest Houses/Hostels and that too only for the period of session of Parliament/Assembly. If at all permanent residence is to be prov

Respected PM, I am a CA by profession, what I have observed that the Reporting system is required to be changed, the data given by the officers or the adminstrative staff is generated from the same computer which is available to all the top people, then why they are asking the data which is available to them from their juniors and wasting their productive time. Please ask the officers to identify those areas and stop duplication of work.

Honourable PM. I am a proud father of my only son who is part of the elite indian armed forces. But I am a worried father today. The helicopters which these brave soldiers fly are 60 yrs old. Even the country who made it has it in museums. No spare parts are available. So many crash each year killing valiant sons. They operate in areas where no one else will dare. Why can we not give them a better machine. Don't our sons deserve better. Who will be responsible for loss. Please give us hope.

Honorable PM. what are you thinking about the population control which is increasing rapidly.as a citizen i think it is now time to take some measures regarding the matter. i know that it would be quite difficult. but sir increasing population is putting so so much stress on the limited available land and rendering fertile land degraded. and if it is not stop then it would become difficult some day for us to live in.

First of all stop all show off expenses. Check all departments are using fullest potential of technology. Invest in user friendly multi dimensional MIS tools. Major chunk of administrative expenses are going in MIS generation, as tools are inefficient and not user friendly. Put right man in right place and keep placement and promotions purely knowledge based. Revamp the training systems. Wherever possible, allow work from home.
