I express my heartfelt congratulations and thanks for seeking the views of the people for the 79th Independence Day address. I am disabled, I cannot climb and descend stairs. My father is disabled and is in a wheelchair. Physically disabled, Muscular dystrophy sufferers and elderly people in wheelchairs face a lot of difficulty while boarding and alighting trains at many railway stations and while going to and from platforms. There are escalators and lifts in some railway stations, but they do not work properly. Escalators and lifts consume a lot of electricity, labour and maintenance charges, which is costing the government a lot of money.

As India prepares to celebrate its 79th Independence Day, I wish to humbly submit the following ideas for your consideration: Increase in Ph.D. Stipend – The current stipend for Ph.D. candidates in India is quite low compared to the cost of living and global standards. Increasing the stipend will not only provide financial security to researchers but also encourage more youth to pursue higher research, thereby boosting innovation. Greater Focus on R&D for ‘Make in India’ – By strengthening funding and infrastructure for research and development, we can accelerate indigenous innovations, reduce dependency on imports, and create more employment opportunities in science and technology sectors. State-led ‘Clean India’ Rallies – State governments can organize regular cleanliness and hygiene rallies involving schools, colleges, NGOs, and local communities. This will reinforce the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and instill a long-term culture of cleanliness among citizens.

NEED CORRECTIONS IN INDIAN PENAL CODE LAWS Reason Now the Law is Supporting Criminals by Low punishment. For example, if 1st Std Student Not Know the basic Alphabets we will punish simply. But the same punishment is not suitable for 10th Student or Literature graduate or Literature Teacher. All Criminals Get Money in wrong way. But the third rate thief and the high qualified High posting VVIP Scientific Criminal is not same. After the Criminal death all Money & Assets are used by his family, that the same way his family also liable to get punishment for the all criminals activity. If the law is announced, all the family members of criminal will stop the crime. Benefits: 1. India will become a safest country in the world. 2. Death, rape will be reducing in India. 3. WORKING HOURS :- Change Present working houres of all Govt offices 10 am to 5:30 pm to 8 am to 3:30 pm. Benefits:- 1) Employees will get up early in the morning,it will help to keep them more healthy. 2) Employees can take heavy break fast in home, which is good for health. 3) Employees can take lunch before 12 Hrs Noon,which is very good and is requirement as per Ayurveda,as that time,as per body clock ‘Jathragni‘ will be in its highest state. 4) Employees will come to home by 4:30 pm,so by taking some refreshment & tea ,can go to shoping with family members,in turns sales of goods will increase many fold and trade will increase.It will boost economy. Otherwise only on Sunday and holidays markets are over crowded . 5) Public transport load will equally distributed
